Contact Lavco Air Conditioning & Heating today to get our maintenance membership. You can make two visits per year until the membership is cancelled. Get it at $13.00 every month as plan cost.

All You Need to Know About Our Maintenance Membership

Spring/Summer


  • Thermostat – ensure proper operation change battery if needed
  • Clean condenser coil and remove debris
  • Refrigerant – ensure unit has proper charge per sub-cooling requirements
  • Blower Motor – check/test amperage and voltage for proper operation
  • Bearing – inspect for wear and lubricate
  • Inspect indoor coil
  • Condensate Drain – check for proper flow and flush when needed
  • Electrical disconnect box and wiring connections – check connections for cleanliness, tightness and corrosion
  • Ensure contracting relays aren't burnt or have pitted contacts
  • Inspect electrical for exposed wiring
  • Test capacitors
  • Inspect fan blade
  • Compressor – ensure amperage and volt draw are in proper parameters
  • Inspect service valves for proper operation
  • Measure supply/return temperature differential
  • Inspect duct work for air leaks
  • Indoor air quality test


Fall/Winter


  • Carbon Monoxide – ensure safe operation and no carbon monoxide leaks
  • Natural Gas – check for leaks
  • Thermostat – ensure proper operation change battery if needed
  • Ensure no combustible material is near furnace
  • Ignition System – cycle system for safe and proper operation
  • Exhaust System – ensure there aren't leaks and venting is to code
  • Measure supply/return temperature differential
  • Check air filter for dirt and debris
  • Lubricate and clean blower
  • Condensate Drain – check for proper flow and flush when needed
  • Furnace Burner – inspect for cleanliness and clean where needed
  • Heat Exchangers – inspect for cleanliness and clean where needed
  • Clean furnace exterior
  • Blower Motor – check/test amperage and voltage for proper operation
  • Electrical Wiring – inspect and tighten connections
  • Condensing unit (Heat Pump) check pressures and defrost operation
  • Indoor air quality test
